What does typical session looks like?
I believe that your treatment should always be holistic in order to maintain a balance in all areas. All treatments start with a medical questionnaire to establish how best to help you and if all is safe to proceed with the treatment. You will be seated in a comfortable a reclining chair, I will gently clean and relax your feet (or hands), and progress to the reflexology treatment on your feet (or hands). By applying gentle finger and thumb pressure I will work on reflexes on your feet (or hands) and any imbalances are going to be specially attended to. This should rebalance the body and encourage your own natural healing capabilities to bring your body into harmony.
